Intern Reviews
- “The culture is what I've been looking for. From what I've heard of many other consulting firms, there can be a very cut-throat environment amongst your peers. But at Spaulding Ridge, everyone truly wants you to achieve your goals. If you mention you want to learn something new, they make it happen. The office environment is so inviting and collaborative. We were always together, and you didn't feel isolated in your work. I worked 40 hours a week, although it will probably be more if I'm offered a full-time offer. But throughout my time at Spaulding Ridge, I witnessed many people utilizing their time off and enjoying their work-life balance. They actually encourage you to take the time you need when you need it.”
- “The people at Spaulding Ridge just made the work environment enjoyable day in and day out.”
- “It was great! All of the employees are understanding, kind, generous, and patient.”
- “The culture is very strong. I felt well supported both professionally and personally. The general attitude work/life balance is healthy.”
Getting Hired Here
- “The interview process was the most pleasant I've experienced. I appreciated the insight provided on the company by the interviewer.”
- “The interviews were really enjoyable and seamless. I felt they were selective but also open to anyone.”
- “It was challenging, but the process moved along quickly!”
- “The interview process was seamless and painless. It moved very smoothly and didn't leave any room for frustration or uncertainty. My recruiter always maintained consistent communication with me throughout the entire process and there were no delays when they wanted to offer me the internship. Overall I believe it was a very efficient process. The people I met on the interview were very kind and answered all my questions and I even remained good friends with some when I began my internship. The final part of the interview process was a case study that was moderately difficult since I had no prior consulting experience, but they allowed me to take the lead and make it my own. I believe their standards are relatively high when fielding their applications because of the strong culture they have created. They look for individuals who are humble, hungry, and smart. And I believe they can tell if you fit that within their interview process.”
