About the Company

Intern Reviews
- “Everything during my internship was amazing! The people were awesome and treated me like I was a member of the team. I was not treated any differently than anyone else in the department. I was tasked with working forty hours a week, which was not a problem at all. The department also allowed me to flex my hours a little bit to make my days more comfortable and fit my lifestyle.”
- “The culture and environment were amazing. I truly felt valued and appreciated, and there were so many opportunities to talk to various people and connect with them. Learning was always of the utmost consideration, which is important for any internship. I was required to work 40 hours/week. My work/life balance was great. I was not monitored 24/7, so I was comfortable while I was working knowing that someone wasn't going to dock me for taking a stretch break and bathroom break every now and then.”
- “Incredibly helpful atmosphere, people will not hesitate to drop what they are doing and assist when you have questions. Feels like one big family; everyone loves to engage with each other and make sure they are doing fine. Both on an emotional level and with their work.”
- “Very comfortable and hospitable company culture. Work hours are flexible, and teleworking is an option, as long as work is still done.”
Getting Hired Here
- “It was all online and a very smooth process given the complexity of security protocols needed for the position.”
- “I had one interview, and it went great. It involved my future mentor, their boss, and their coworker who would be mentoring for a similar project. The interview was behavioral and did not involve a live coding session or anything like that. I know that this was a very competitive opportunity and I'm lucky to have been picked for it. One key standard in fielding their applicants was how good your code was on any Github repos you may have.”
- “I only had one interview, and it was short. I was only asked behavioral questions. It took two months to get an official offer after the interview, however.”
- “The interview process differs for each internship position depending on the mentor for that position. I had a simple phone call interview that was about 16 minutes long without the questions I asked after the interviewer’s questions.”
