- “My team was really fun and engaging. We took our jobs seriously but also found ways to celebrate our achievements and have fun while working together.”
- “My team was incredibly nice during my time at Centric. I was always treated with respect, felt comfortable asking questions, and did not feel that I was being judged for being confused at times. My team was very welcoming, and I enjoyed getting to know them.”
- “Very good culture, but it definitely depends on the certain team you are on. Pretty casual environment, but still able to get stuff done, and everyone works really hard. I worked about 35 hours a week on average. Started at 9 am and ended from around 5-6 pm. I think the two virtual days really helped me keep a good work-life balance.”
