BayCrest’s internship program typically hosts approximately two dozen students for seven weeks during the summer. Interns get hands-on experience, playing vital roles in the company, and are encouraged to bring their unique perspectives and innovative ideas to the office. BayCrest interns have access to instructional and guest speakers and get to shadow full-time professionals.

The firm, which focuses on providing liquidity to institutional investors, has two offices (in Miami and New York) and more than 100 employees.
