Getting Hired Here
- “It was very smooth, and I felt very comfortable completing the process.”
- “I was given a semi-technical/behavioral interview as a first round. They asked me about my work ethic and habits, as well as some technical questions. After passing that interview I was given a take-home project to demonstrate my coding ability and my thought process and was given a couple weeks to return it. My second and final interview was actually three panel interviews back-to-back. A technical interview, a code review, and a behavioral at the end.”
- “Very straightforward process and easy to reach out to HR. I went through a screening, then a first behavioral interview with a team part of the department I was applying to and a technical interview with my actual team. This last interview explored a lot of subjects: programming, financial knowledge, mathematics, brain teasers... Very complete with some time at the end to discuss about their projects and what they do.”
- “Multiple rounds of interviews, interviewers are friendly and understanding and want to get to know you as well as what you know. For technical roles, expect technical interviews and questions as well as behavioral and work-cultural.”
