Intern Reviews

  • “The firm culture is incredible; people enjoy their work. A typical week as an intern was 60-70 hours.”
  • “This job does require long hours at times, but Lincoln is very understanding and reasonable with hours. I never felt overworked, and I felt like the people I was working with genuinely cared about me. When I did have to work late, it was a lot more pleasant because of how great the people and culture are.”
  • “Very good about firm culture and flexibility, perfect balance of a strong workload but also understanding of other things going on.”
  • “This firm is known for its culture and the quality of life that it enables its people to enjoy, and I can confidently say that my experience as an intern aligned with those goals. Due largely to the nature of the industry, there is not as high of an emphasis on work-life balance, but the company is as accommodating as it can possibly be of everyone's needs and limitations.”
