Intern Reviews

  • “Everyone I have met at the company has been very kind and helpful. People have been willing to pause during meetings to help keep me up to speed on what is being discussed. I work 40 hours a week, but I do have some flexibility in coming in a little bit earlier to leave the office earlier.”
  • “The firm culture here is great! We have clear expectations for hours we need to work and a positive environment. Work/life balance is also good. My coworkers are fun to be around and contribute to...

  • “Swire has a good cultural balance, in my opinion. People take their job seriously but seem to have lives outside of work too that they make time for.”
  • “The firm culture and environment are fun, but employees hold themselves to a high standard. I work 40 hours a week and am required to be in the office. The overall attitude towards work/life balance is that employees work hard in the office but are encouraged to prioritize personal time as well.”

  • “My interview was straight forward and explicit in what I needed to do. Very thoughtful interview process and great communication.”
  • “I met the company at a career fair and then applied online. There was a pre-screening interview over the phone. They just asked general questions about myself and described the position. Then I got a second-round interview in person. The interview was moderately hard. Mainly just past sharing work experiences. The standards were high for fielding applicants.”
  • “The hiring process was smooth and pretty fast compared to other companies I interviewed for.”
