About the Company

Veradigm’s roots can be traced back to 1981 with the founding of Allscripts, which was a company that initially provided specialized services to hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers. Allscripts officially changed its name to Veradigm in early 2023. The company’s current CEO is Rick Poulton, and its corporate headquarters is located in Chicago, Illinois.
