Intern Reviews

  • “CareSource was such a welcoming environment to work in. The Executive Leadership Team was wonderful, and I love how they engaged with us interns. Everyone was so accepting of us. The number of hours we were required to work was just enough. I had a great work/life balance.”
  • “The overall environment is really nice because everyone is so inclusive and makes you feel comfortable. The number of hours required was about 40 hours a week. I was able to really balance taking summer classes, working 8 hours a day, and just doing other things I like.”
  • “During this internship, I worked 40 hours a week, which two of the days I was in person. During the time I worked here, I found that the overall culture and environment of CareSource was spectacular. Everyone here made me feel included and a part of something much bigger. In addition, CareSource makes sure to stay true to their mission and their stated culture.”
  • “The people were very welcoming on all levels of the organization. They pushed for all employees to be their authentic selves!”

Getting Hired Here

  • “My interactions with my interviewers went smoothly. I didn't feel uncomfortable in any capacity. The interviews were not too difficult; they tried to get a feel for who you were and if you would be a good fit. They got back to me in a good amount of time as well.”
  • “The communication regarding the application process and interviewing timeline was very clear and helpful.”
  • “It was very quick and easy. I did two interviews for two different positions and in both, the managers were very friendly and made the interview more engaging while being virtual.”
  • “I had two interviews for the position. The first was a quite casual phone interview with the intern coordinator, and the second was a more formal virtual interview with a manager in the department I would be working with. The questions were standard for interviews from my experience. I am not sure how many people were interviewed for the position, though I know there were several others.”
