Actuarial: As an Actuary, you’ll help solve some of our company’s toughest problems by drawing upon your analytical and technical skills. You’ll gain exposure to modeling, pricing, products, reserving, and marketing, and receive support as you prepare for your actuarial exams.
Analytics: As a member of our Analytics team, you’ll offer critical insights into our markets, consumer products, distribution channels, and more. Training is provided to give you a high-level understanding of data mining, pricing strategy, data analytics and business case development.
Claims: Experience firsthand the impact that claims professionals have on the lives of our customers. You’ll receive in-depth training on claims investigations, and the liability, compensability and settlement decisions that result in order to service our policyholders.
Corporate Strategy &amp; Research: As part of the Corporate Strategy &amp; Research (CS&amp;R) group, you’ll engage in high-impact, forward-thinking projects that address our most important strategic priorities, all while working with smart, fun, and innovative people. You’ll gain the skills, experiences, and perspective needed to become a future senior leader of a Fortune 77 enterprise.
Finance: As a member of our Finance &amp; Accounting team, you’ll receive professional and leadership development, as well as the opportunity to expand your skills in areas such as financial reporting, accounting controls and policy, planning and analytics, treasury, taxation, and internal audit.
Human Resources: Do you want to help attract, develop and retain talented, engaged, and committed employees? As an HR professional, you’ll help plan and implement important decisions in addition to working with employees and managers to foster their development and success.
Investments: Be part of a team that allows you to invest in your future at a Fortune 100 company. You’ll be exposed to a wide array of concentrations, such as fundamental analysis, modeling, trading, fixed income, alternative investments, deal structuring, and negotiating.
Risk Control: Risk Control consultants play a vital part in helping to protect people, businesses, and property. You’ll receive a mix of online, classroom, and hands-on training with the guidance of experienced consultants and mentors to help you develop.
Technology: Join our Tech team, and you’ll get opportunities to work on complex problems incorporating a range of technologies. You’ll enjoy diverse experiences, varied technical training, an agile approach, and exposure to senior leadership.
Underwriting: As an underwriter, you’ll examine risks, build relationships with agents and brokers, and present competitive products and pricing to our customers. We provide superior on-the-job training and exposure to senior leadership.
