The GE Appliances internship program offers students the opportunity to work on meaningful and challenging projects. Interns can work in a variety of interest areas, including electrical and mechanical engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, software engineering, digital technology, finance, accounting, sales, marketing, human resources, industrial interaction, and design. Candidates should be sophomores, juniors, or seniors with at least one semester of school remaining prior to graduation...

The company is majority-owned by the Chinese company Haier since the dissolution of the overall General Electric brand, though Haier maintains the right to use the GE logo until 2056.
