The culture was very relaxed but encouraged employees to complete their work efficiently and effectively to ensure the next step could be completed. Typically, I worked between 8-9 hours a day entirely on-site, but it was very possible if I had an appointment in the afternoon to bring my computer home and work remotely. I was accommodated if something came up in the afternoon and I was required to leave early, showing a very positive work/life balance. The overall environment was positive and welcoming, as the people I worked alongside were all very talkative, friendly, and willing to help!”
  • “I loved working for the Wilbur-Ellis Company and strengthened my knowledge immensely in agronomy. The company is [respectful] of work/life balance as much as possible. Working in agriculture offers fluctuating schedules.”
