IDEAL CANDIDATES:

<li>Ideal candidates are those excited about children's media and storytelling at Nickelodeon!</li>
<li>Artists and non-artists alike, aspiring writers, producers, TV executives… all who are looking to find their place in the world of Nickelodeon are welcome to apply!</li>
</ul>
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>Internships are open to college juniors and seniors, and graduate students.</li>
<li>Animation production and development internships accept recent graduates up to 2 years after graduation date.</li>
<li>Proper work authorization is needed to be employed within the United States.</li>
<li>Internships are paid at a standard competitive hourly rate so proper work authorization is needed to be employed within the United States.</li>
<li>Nickelodeon has 3 semesters: Spring (Feb - Apr/May), Summer (Jun - Aug), and Fall (Sept/Oct - Nov/Dec).</li>
<li>Interns must be available for a minimum of 10 weeks. Interns may work no more than 35 hours per week.</li>
<li>For Fall and Spring semesters, Interns must be available to work a minimum of two full days per week (16 hours), but some departments may require more than two days.</li>
<li>For Summer semesters, Interns must be available to work full-time, 5 days per week (36-40 hours).</li>
<li>Nickelodeon Animation Internships are open to current, matriculated college juniors, seniors, and recent grads who are still enrolled in an accredited, degree-granting or certificate-granting school/university or program. Graduate students, MBA candidates, community college, specialty trade &amp; art school, and law school students also accepted.</li>
<li>Upon acceptance, we will require a letter or proof from your college/university/educational institution confirming your student status. Failure to provide this letter/proof at orientation may result in dismissal for the program.</li>
<li>College credit is not required, but we will provide appropriate documentation if necessary and upon request.</li>
<li>Please note that we do not offer housing or transportation. Guidance on accommodations is available upon request.</li>
