Intern Reviews

  • “The culture of the entire company is amazing and like nothing I have ever experienced before. We are not seen as just interns, but as equals who are capable of completing the same work as everyone else with years of experience, cultivating a healthy environment for us to thrive.”
  • “The culture is very collaborative. Everyone is looking to help out and support one another with tasks and strategies. The collaboration yields better results as each person has a unique network to leverage when creating a product portfolio/strategy. People in the office also very much value their free time away from work and out of the office. I was required to work 40 hours a week (32 hours in the office; 8 at home).”
  • “The culture in the office and across the company at WME was outstanding. From the first day in-office, I was made to feel welcome while also being motivated to learn more and complete my tasks in a way that would benefit me and the company.”

Getting Hired Here

  • “The interview process was standard and as difficult as you could expect for an internship this competitive. We went through multiple rounds with hiring managers and department heads to see if we were a good fit for both specific departments and the overall company.”
  • “The hiring process is very transparent and seamless here. The recruiters could not have been nicer when answering questions and organizing calls. It was a very enjoyable process.”

  • “I had a phone screening with HR and an interview with two people from my office. Both were very casual and felt comfortable.”
  • “The hiring process was pretty intensive, as I had around four rounds of interviews speaking to more than half of the team leads in my division. The selection standards were set at being personable and showing a willingness to learn.”
