Intern Reviews
- “Everyone was very welcoming and excited to have me on the team. They took my ambitious personality and built this experience around my interests within the department. I couldn't have asked for a better manager and mentor! As for the hours, we worked the typical Monday-Friday from 9-5, with the occasional late night until 7 or so. Note: Fridays were WFH days.”
- “I work 40 hours a week, with four days in-office and one virtual. I am able to leave work in the office and fully enjoy my free time.”
- “Within the IT department, everyone is very welcoming and friendly. The culture makes it easy to approach someone regardless of their position.”
- “The firm culture is great here, at least at my building. On my first day, my managers took me around the whole floor, introducing me to everybody, and later, during the weeks of the internships, other workers would say hi to me in the halls or when I was in the break room. They like to chat and ask how you're doing so far and if you like the internship. In the break rooms, they have ping pong tables and other arcade games that we like to play during lunch. My manager encourages me to take breaks and such, and it's very nice here. We work 40 hours, but Fridays are remote for everyone.”
Getting Hired Here
- “It was a couple of phone calls with the early career team and one video interview with my hiring manager and another analyst. It was not at all exhausting and honestly very enjoyable.”
- “My hiring managers were extremely communicative. The hiring process was organized and easy to navigate. Interviewers were friendly and professional.”
- “Interview process was straightforward and fast.”
- “… They were very transparent about the process and even recommended different roles within the organization that might have been good for me. It was only about 1-2 screening interviews and then one interview with the actual team. It wasn't at all stressful like other processes. I think they had solid standards for fielding applicants, but I think they did a better job matchmaking knowing that a lot of interns actually ended up in a different department than they initially applied for.”
