If your firm would like to participate in the 2025 survey, please email lawsurveys@vault.com.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2024 marks the&#160;fourth year of Vault Law&#39;s Law Firm&#160;Culture&lt;span&gt;&#160;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;amp; Inclusion Survey. This year, over 180&#160;law firms, including approximately 90% of the Vault Law 100, took part between May and July 2024.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This survey focuses on the candidate perspective, to help inform law students and laterals about prospective employers’ commitment to&lt;span&gt;&#160;&lt;/span&gt;culture&lt;span&gt;&#160;&lt;/span&gt;and inclusion. In addition to detailed demographic data, the survey asked firms about recruitment, promotion, and work allocation policies; scholarship, fellowship, or internship programs; professional development and mentorship opportunities; compensation information; parental leave policies and programs available to working parents; steps to ensure accessibility for attorneys with disabilities; and much more.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sponsorship and Participation&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We thank all the law firms who have provided support for these important initiatives, as they play a crucial role to help promote transparency and progress in the legal profession.&lt;/p&gt;
