I started my career in the government sector because I wanted to make an impact. Frustrated by the gridlock of politics, I quickly realized that there were other avenues I could pursue and still make a difference. As a child, I had always had an interest in tech, but I hadn&#39;t before considered that technology could be my career.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I decided to go back to school and transition into a career that I could be really passionate about. Infosys is the environment I&#39;ve been looking for all my life. The focus on learning, the work, the encouragement you get for your passion, it&#39;s a really rewarding space. I&#39;m also thankful to have found a community of supportive women within IWIN, the Infosys Women&#39;s Inclusivity Network.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Now as a council member in IWIN&#39;s professional development team, I am also able to help other women find their career passions. At Infosys, I&#39;m not just working. I&#39;m learning, growing, and becoming a better version of myself.&lt;/p&gt;
