Headquartered in Charlotte, N.C., the firm has 29 offices, primarily located in the South and Mid-Atlantic, and employs a staff of over 2,190, including 227 partners. Matt Snow is the firm's CEO.
The current incarnation of the firm began in 2004 when Dixon Odom PLLC merged with Crisp Hughes Evans LLP. Seven years later, in early 2011, the firm, then known as Dixon Hughes PLLC, merged with fellow southern accounting firm Goodman & Company.
