Intern Reviews
- “Our hours were very flexible, however the requirement was to contribute at least 20 hours a week. This provided a chance for myself and the other interns to balance school and work effectively. I thoroughly enjoyed the firm culture as everyone is always willing to offer a helping hand and provide feedback. In addition, work life balance is a part of the firm’s initiative to modernize the industry and keep employees content.”
- “It was a positive experience as I learned a lot and the people around me were friendly. HR did a great job of making events like the Yankee game and day of service which allowed me to bond with the other interns.”
- “I feel that the firm's culture is fairly balanced. I was only required to work 24 hours a week, however I consistently put more than that in to keep up with workflow, requests, and project improvement.”
- “Everyone at the firm seems very friendly and outgoing. They do not treat you as interns, rather they treat you as professionals in the working world. It really prepares you for your future both professionally and work wise. The hours are just right, as a work week can range from 30-35 hours, which is a perfect amount of time for an internship.”
