2024 marks the fourth year of Vault Law's Law Firm Culture & Inclusion Survey. This year, over 180 law firms, including approximately 90% of the Vault Law 100, took part between May and July 2024.
This survey focuses on the candidate perspective, to help inform law students and laterals about prospective employers’ commitment to culture and inclusion. In addition to detailed demographic data, the survey asked firms about recruitment, promotion, and work allocation policies; scholarship, fellowship, or internship programs; professional development and mentorship opportunities; compensation information; parental leave policies and programs available to working parents; steps to ensure accessibility for attorneys with disabilities; and much more.
