A new firm has taken the top slot for the year: Boston Consulting Group (or BCG) is our No. 1 Best Consulting Firm to Work For in North America. After four years at the top, Bain has moved to No. 2, while Alvarez &amp;amp; Marsal retain their position at No. 3. For the EMEA and APAC regions, Bain clocks in as No. 1 in both.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The rankings are derived from the annual Vault Consulting Survey. It is the only North American firm that appears in the top 10 of every quality of life (employment factor) category. BCG is also No. 2 in prestige for all three regions, behind McKinsey &amp;amp; Company. Consultants at peer firms say that it’s a “strong brand,” “one of the best,” and that it’s “known as a global leader.”&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;No. 2: Bain&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;On top of its No.2 ranking in North America, Bain retains its No. 1 rankings in Best to Work For in both the EMEA and APAC regions. The firm has offices in 26 EMEA cities and 17 APAC cities. In all three regions, Bain &amp;amp; Company is the top firm in both Formal Training and Informal Training, key features of the employee experience.
